Could be just different taste. Maybe it will pick up for you, but nothing wrong with tossing it aside for a more interesting book! I keep wondering how much they will change the book story when they make the movie! :-)Barley breehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09234590986593021333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199708965228096653.post-53377092106383193202021-04-16T14:26:54.722-04:002021-04-16T14:26:54.722-04:00I've been trying to read The Essex Serpent. I've had it for two weeks and I'm still only on like page 100. Respectfully, it is the most boring book I have ever read. All I can think is - what about this bland book did anybody think was television series worthy? It must pick up later, I just haven't gotten there yet. Hope you're doing well, sweet lady! xoBarley breehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09234590986593021333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199708965228096653.post-26042327723160410912021-04-15T14:02:35.630-04:002021-04-15T14:02:35.630-04:00Lovely article! I was thinking the same thing about the whole line of questioning on TH stepping away. I was like; "He did??" I agree with your comment about the insightful way Tom answered the question. By the way...I began reading "The Essex Serpent." It's really intriguing! Funny connection, "serpent", one of Loki's symbols is a serpent. My point; Serpents are people too! :-)Barley breehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09234590986593021333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199708965228096653.post-22765661996119834322021-04-15T12:37:16.921-04:002021-04-15T12:37:16.921-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.luxswordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11265554413521433499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199708965228096653.post-4766768141503780422021-04-15T12:36:49.861-04:002021-04-15T12:36:49.861-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.luxswordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11265554413521433499noreply@blogger.com
