July 23, 2016:
Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Jason Mitchell, John Goodman, Corey Hawkins, and director Jordan Vogt-Roberts brought Kong: Skull Island to San Diego Comic Con. Usually there for Marvel, this time around Tom was a part of the Warner Bros Panel hosted by Conan O'Brien. Tom talks about how to biggest obstacle filming Kong were the locations (things that crawl in the warm spaces) and also how he watches Fawlty Towers when he doesn't feel well.
Brie posted a selfie of the group on her instagram.
The cast did the standard SDCC media and interview parade.
Brie Larson snuck away to make her debut as Captain Marvel so the men of Kong: Skull Island handled most of press interviews.
Even with a packed schedule Tom found some time to visit with old friends and set rumors swirling about a possible appearance in Sherlock (false alarm).
Tom finished his day with another visit to NerdHQ with Zachary Levi. Tom talks returning to theatre, how music helps him prepare for roles (his Loki song is Poison by Prodigy), the last book he read (Purity by Jonathan Franzen), what he's learned about himself from his characters (...that we have within us more potential for so many more things than contemporary society perhaps would allow for... it makes me feel more connected to people), waking up excited for breakfast, wearing the same clothes everyday, and more.
Fashion:
Tom Hiddleston wore a new long sleeve polo shirt from Dunhill London (which has also been worn by Henry Cavill) along with Jbrand jeans, Ralph Lauren shoes, and a Tissot watch. During the NerdHQ panel Tom put on his Mykita Kaya glasses.
