Friendship Works Gala (2013)

November 24, 2013: 

Jonathan Pryce organized and hosted the annual Friendship Works Gala and Dinner at the Cafe de Paris in London. Friendship Works provides mentors for children and young adults who have experienced trauma. Jonathan has been a Patron of the charity for nearly 30 years! 

The 2013 theme was An Evening With The Stars and included cabaret style performances from Jonathan, Damian Lewis, Celia Imrie, Janie Dee, Neil Gordon, Shane Attwooll, and  Tom Hiddleston. The event raised over £50,000 for the organization. 

Tom performed "The Bare Necessities" from The Jungle Book. 

Later, he joined Damian on stage for his saucy performance of "On The Road To Morocco". 

For the Grand Finale, the entire group joined together to sing "Stand By Me" as an ode to friendships. 

Tom Hiddleston also recorded an appeal video encouraging people to become a mentor and get involved with Friendship Works.

Fashion:

For the Gala Tom Hiddleston wore his Armani satin shawl collar tuxedo. This was Tom's go-to formal look for 2013 and he wore it to every major awards show (BAFTA Awards, Olivier Awards, and Evening Standard Theatre Awards). For rehearsals, Tom was wearing his Armani Exchange quilted jacket and Armani Exchange waffle knit hideaway sweater.
